Soeredj Ramautar

Soeredj is an employment law specialist par excellence and has been affiliated with Arslan & Arslan Advocaten since 2017. Soeredj specialises in all facets of employment law and primarily represents employees. In that capacity, he has conducted numerous successful proceedings. Soeredj also drafts management and employment contracts for employers/clients and makes other documents available. Soeredj has registered the following main (and sub) legal areas in the register of legal practice areas of the Netherlands Bar Association: – Employment law On the basis of this registration, he is obliged each calendar year, in accordance with the standards of the Netherlands Bar Association, to obtain ten training points in each registered main legal area.
