Ömür Arslan

Ömür Arslan is specialised in liability law, administrative law and tenancy law.

Ömür has extensive experience in settling personal injury cases resulting from traffic and workplace accidents.

He has received a broad legal education and has completed several (master's) degrees in the Netherlands (Erasmus University Rotterdam) and China (Beijing International Studies University).

In addition, he has completed various (specialisation) courses, including the Grotius/LSA specialisation course in Personal Injury.

Ömür is proficient in litigating before the courts when necessary. He prepares clear and persuasive pleadings and speaks on behalf of his clients in hearings. He closely follows developments in the law and ensures that he is always up to date with the latest case law.

Ömür has registered the following principal (and sub-) areas of law in the register of legal areas of the Netherlands Bar Association:

• Tenancy Law
• Social Security Law

Pursuant to this registration, he is required to obtain ten training points each calendar year in each registered principal area of law, in accordance with the standards of the Nederlandse Orde van Advocaten.
