Freddy Bakker

Freddy Bakker completed his law studies at Tilburg University. After his studies, he gained experience in civil litigation practice at another law firm, after which he joined Arslan & Arslan Advocaten in 2022.

At Arslan & Arslan Advocaten, Freddy has further specialised in personal injury and employment law. In the area of personal injury, Freddy assists victims who suffer from physical and/or mental injury as a result of, among other things, traffic accidents, workplace accidents and other liability issues. He supports clients throughout the entire claims process – from notice of liability to settlement – with the aim of obtaining full compensation.

In the field of employment law, Freddy assists employees with a wide range of employment law issues, such as matters concerning reintegration, wage claims and dismissal. With his acquired litigation experience, Freddy additionally knows how to make the difference for his clients in legal proceedings.

Freddy is known for his meticulous approach, clear communication, and ability to make legally complex matters accessible to his clients. He combines legal expertise with a practical approach, always striving for effective solutions that do justice to his clients' interests.
