Emina Bajric

Emina Bajric has been working at Arslan & Arslan Advocaten since 2020. Prior to that, she gained experience at various personal injury and law firms.

She completed her Master's in Private Law at the University of Amsterdam and specialized in liability law during her studies. Within this field of law, she has fully devoted herself to handling personal injury cases, with particular expertise in traffic accidents, workplace accidents, and subrogation cases. In subrogation cases, she assists employers in recovering wage damage from liable third parties.

In addition, Emina is specialised in employment law, where she assists employees in various employment disputes. This includes disputes regarding reintegration, salary matters and termination of the employment contract.

Emina has extensive experience in conducting negotiations and proceedings, both in and out of court. She has a great passion for her profession.
